With my submission of media to Special Touch Ministry, Inc. I confirm that all media submitted is my original work. I allow Special Touch Ministry the right to use my media in printed materials, online such as on the Special Touch Ministry website, and on the Special Touch Ministry Facebook page, and in any other Special Touch Ministry promotion, communication, or however they see fit for as long as they deem necessary.


I hereby grant Special Touch Ministry, Inc. its agents, and employees a nonexclusive perpetual license to reproduce or exhibit, in print and electronic format, publicly or privately, any of the photos or video footage I have taken while participating within the Special Touch Ministry programming. I understand that outside of these situations I retain all rights to my media. I represent that I have a legal right to grant such license. I understand there will be no financial or other remuneration for providing this license and agreement to Special Touch Ministry unless arranged separately by contract. Special Touch Ministry, Inc. will be responsible for obtaining all necessary model and property releases prior to use of the media.


I understand if I intend to use, reuse, or reproduce any of this media in any other capacity, I must obtain the necessary model release forms from all individual(s) as required by law and permission of Special Touch Ministry, Inc. I understand that Special Touch Ministry, Inc. claims ownership of all user-submitted content and reserves the right to use such content.


I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Special Touch Ministry, Inc. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I confirm that I am my own guardian or I am a guardian signing on behalf of the photographer and I am able to legally sign this release.
