By submitting or uploading media to Special Touch Ministry, Inc. ("STM") through this form, I represent and warrant that I am the sole creator and owner of the media. I grant STM a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the media in any format, including but not limited to printed materials, websites, social media platforms, and other promotional or communication materials, for any purpose deemed appropriate by STM.

Specifically, I grant STM the right to use media captured during my participation in STM programs, in both print and electronic formats, for public or private display. I understand that outside of this granted license, I retain ownership of my media.

I understand and agree that:

• This license is granted without any expectation of financial or other compensation.

• STM is responsible for obtaining necessary model and property releases before using the media.

• If I wish to use, reuse, or reproduce the media for any purpose outside of personal use, I must obtain written permission from STM and secure any necessary model releases. STM retains ownership and usage rights of all user-submitted content.

I hereby release and hold harmless STM, its agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from the use of my media as authorized herein. I confirm that I am of legal age and competent to execute this release, or that I am the legal guardian of the photographer and have the authority to do so.
